By creating an account or using EasyAce, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EasyAce to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that depicts minors in a sexual context, that infringes third-party rights, or that is intended to harass or defame any person. We may suspend accounts for violations without notice.

3. Account & credits

You are responsible for activity on your account, including API key usage. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Generated content

You retain rights to generations you create through your account, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying models. EasyAce makes no warranty regarding the legal status, originality, or fitness for any purpose of generated outputs.

5. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
